This death certificate shows the date of death as "June 25, 1918" butthere is a later vertical line that matches a check mark to the leftof the two and other later marks on the certificate.  This markappears to be the cause of Family Search transcribing the date as 26June instead of 25.  The vertical mark makes the 5 look somewhat likea 6.  But the 5 matches the from of the rest of the entries on thecertificate.  The Texas Death Index also reports her death as 26 June1918, probably through the same misreading of the 5 with the laterline through it.
