In this census, Ada is reported as only 1 year old. But an exactbirth date from family sources says she was born 28 June 1877. Thatwould mean she was 3 years old at the time of the census (or less thana month before her 3rd birthday). It is hard to imagine how parentscould have mistaken a 3-year-old for a 1-year old! Or the enumeratoreither.
