Notes

• A member of the Butler family reports a both a brother and a sisterwith similar names: Frances M and Francis M.  Sarah Ingram reportingon this family from the Ingram side has only Frances M Butler as achild of Thomas F Butler.  I thus have the name of Francis but nodetails.  Sarah has dates and place of birth of all the children shelists.  I can find no reference of Francis M Butler in any othersources so for now I am not listing this male child of Thomas F Butlerand Mary Elizabeth Ingram.  Laurie Lee Butler Myers also reported tome in email (2007) the name of Frances M Butler, wih no details.
